Materials and treatments

The materials we usually work with to ensure that springs always work below the elastic limit are:

• Aº Carbon s/EN-10270-1; SM/SH/DH + Galvanized /Bezinal
•  Aº Stainless s/EN-10270-3; NS/HS + Aisi302 / Aisi316 /Aisi 304
• Aª Tempered according to EN-10270-2
• Titanium – Inconel – Phosphor Bronze – Copper – Brass

The surface treatments We choose them based on the requirement to be met. With the experience acquired in numerous projects, we provide solutions to noise, wear, corrosion, aesthetic requirements... Using any of the following baths:

• Metallic or Electrolytic: Zinc plated, Cr VI-free bichromate, Nickel plated…
• Non-metallic: Deltatone, Deltaseal, Deltaprotek, Cataphoresis, Phosphated, Teflon...
