Quality policy

The basic principles of FEDERTEK, SL for the development of their strategy and business activity, are based on the following points:

  • To manufacture and market technical products derived from drawn materials that meet the needs and expectations contractually defined by our customers, as well as the Company's own interests and the best relationships with other stakeholders.
  • Ensure, at all times, the working conditions necessary to guarantee the health and well-being of all our staff, as well as to maintain the integrity of our facilities and surroundings.
  • Control the environmental impact of the Company's products, services, and, in general, all activities by promoting the use of renewable and sustainable natural resources, while reducing waste and increasing reuse and recycling.
  • Compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.


To ensure the coherence of the actions of FEDERTEK, SL With these basic principles, the General Directorate assumes the following commitments:

  • Strengthen our image of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, not only with a quality product, but also with service that meets our customers' expectations, all at a competitive price.
  • Provide a predominantly preventative approach to Quality Management, involving all employees in the quality aspects of their work, ensuring they get their work done right the first time.
  • Establish quality objectives and their continuous monitoring, in order to evaluate the degree of compliance with them.
  • Promote continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Management System.
  • Maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements contained in the Standard ISO 9001 and IATF16949.
  • Compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
