contractually defined by our customers, as well as the Company&#039;s own interests and the best relationships with other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure, at all times, the working conditions necessary to guarantee the health and well-being of all our staff, as well as to maintain the integrity of our facilities and surroundings.<\/li>\n<li>Control the environmental impact of the Company&#039;s products, services, and, in general, all activities by promoting the use of renewable and sustainable natural resources, while reducing waste and increasing reuse and recycling.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br><\/p><p>To ensure the coherence of the actions of <strong>FEDERTEK, SL<\/strong> With these basic principles, the General Directorate assumes the following commitments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strengthen our image of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, not only with a quality product, but also with service that meets our customers&#039; expectations, all at a competitive price.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a predominantly preventative approach to Quality Management, involving all employees in the quality aspects of their work, ensuring they get their work done right the first time.<\/li>\n<li>Establish quality objectives and their continuous monitoring, in order to evaluate the degree of compliance with them.<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements
